Come celebrate the Mardi Gras Season at The Palms Playhouse! Rhythmtown-Jive and The K-Girls (Keta Bill, Kathy Kennedy and Katie Guthorn of Big Bang Beat) will perform a musical gumbo of New Orleans R&B, Funk, Brass Band & Zydeco tunes for your dancing pleasure!

Rhythmtown-Jive is an exciting American roots combo featuring accomplished San Francisco Bay Area musicians recognized nationally for their versatility and outstanding skill. The band is fronted by vocalist and bassist Tim Eschliman (founding member of the Christmas Jug Band), whose credits include stints with Etta James, Commander Cody, and the Moonlighters, and includes Mike Rinta, Michael Peloquin, Ken Jacobs "Snakebite", Kevin Zuffi and Jeff Campitelli (Joe Satriani). Members of the band have played with Etta James, Frankie Ford, Commander Cody, La Vern Baker, Jesse Colin Young, Sly & The Family Stone, Boz Scaggs, The Temptations, John Lee Hooker, Joe Louis Walker, and The Drifters....
