A woman of many talents, Julie Courtney has been in show business since she was 16. A former Miss America contestant and KMVT reporter, she frequently hosts specials on PBS and KTVU Channel 2. Besides her possibly familiar face, her passion for music is gaining recognition quickly throughout the Bay Area, as she effortlessly combines folk vocals with smooth jazz and blues rhythms.
